Club Sessions

We encourage new members to participate initially in a wide range of sports to assist them in finding the sport(s) which suits them best, after which members can specialise as much as they wish.

In addition there are many competitive events, covering all standards from beginners to internationals. Some are run internally for Club Members only, others are inter-club competitions, run by ourselves or other neighbouring clubs.

As members become more experienced they are given the opportunity to participate in higher level competition at Regional, National and International levels.

Trampolining	2nd and 4th Friday of the month, 8pm to 9pm	Farnborough Leisure Centre
Wheelchair Basketball	'Have A Go' on Fridays Squad Training on Sundays 6pm to 8pm	Farnborough Leisure Centre

The Farnborough Leisure Centre (01252 370411) is in West Mead, Farnborough, Hants. This is in the centre of Farnborough, near PC World, Asda, B&Q and adjacent to, but using a different approach road from, the Police Station and Library.

The Rugby Club is in Tile Barn Close, off Prospect Road, Farnborough
